Information
How to get to Castellón
If you're travelling from abroad, the easiest is to fly directly to Valencia airport. From there you can get a metro to the city center and get a train in Estació del Nord. The train will take you to Castellón. You will need to get off at the Castellón station.
Where to stay
The nearest city to La Masía Les Casotes is Castellón. Here are some hotels you can consider:
- NH Castellón Mindoro
- Hotel Castellón Center Affiliated by Meliá
- Hotel Luz Castellón
- RH Silene Hotel & Spa
- Eurohotel Castellón
There are many more options available (including Airbnb), so feel free to explore!
Transportation
We will be organising transport from Castellón to the venue on the day of the wedding. More information will be provided about this closer to the date. Please let us know if you intend to avail of this. This trip lasts about 15 minutes, so no need to fret about long bus journeys.
Alternative Options
Another option is to stay in Valencia City itself, which is about an hour away from Castellón by train. We will not be organising transport from Valencia however, so our recommendation would be to either book accommodation in Castellón on the Thursday to avail of the pre-arranged transport.
Dress Code
As you can imagine, Mar's dress won't be white, so we kindly ask you to avoid pastels. As many of you know, she loves all things fantasy, and while there's no obligation, you are more than welcome to embrace the extraordinary. Think Met Gala meets fairy tale, bold colors, dramatic silhouettes, and anything that feels straight out of a dream. Otherwise, the stage is yours. Dress to impress, and if you dare, try to upstage the bride!
We've added some ideas of colours below, but there is no obligation to follow them. We only ask that you please avoid pastel colours!
